WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

A COFFEE DRIPPER

FILTERS

A KETTLE

A GRINDER (OR BUY PRE GROUND)

DIGITAL SCALES

20g COFFEE - 300ml WATER

1:15 RATIO

3:30 MINUTES

 

Step 1

Place a filter in the dripper and wet to rinse.

 
 
 

Step 2

Add the coffee and pour over 50ml of water to bloom for 30 seconds.

 
 
 

Step 3

Pour over 125ml of water in a slow circular motion.

Wait for 10 seconds

 
 
 

Step 4

Pour over the remaining 125ml of water, again in a circular motion.

Gently swirl the dripper to make the coffee bed even.

Allow all of the water to pass through, then serve.
