WHAT YOU WILL NEED.

A CAFETIERE

A KETTLE

A GRINDER (OR BUY PRE GROUND)

DIGITAL SCALES

30g COFFEE - 360ml WATER

RATIO- 1:12

MINUTES- 4:30

 

Step 1

Add coffee grounds to the vessel and shake to create an even layer.

 
 
 

Step 2

Pour 60ml of water over the grounds and swill to make sure the coffee is saturated.

Leave to bloom for 30 seconds.

 
 
 

Step 3

Pour in the remaining 300ml of water and leave to steep for 4 minutes.

 
 
 

Step 4

After 4 minutes press down the plunger, stopping 1 inch from the coffee bed.

Serve.
